Accenture is looking for a Finance & Reporting Officer

 

As Finance & Reporting Officer, working for Accenture Operations EALA (Europe, Africa, Latin America), you will be responsible for following activities:

• Performing tasks related to the financial follow-up of large outsourcing projects at EALA level:
• Ensure an appropriate and accurate financial control for 150+ contracts
• Report on deviations of financial results versus forecast for revenue and margin
• Coordinate and execute the administrative end-to-end management in automated Excel files (Visual Basic)
• Being able to find and solve errors in automated excel files
• Be responsible for supporting the project teams in resolving any financial problems
• Pro-actively interact with internal teams
• Analyze and resolve problems
• Adhere to client’s quality standards, policies and commercial principles
• Continuously share ideas for process optimization and automation
• Report to EALA Operations Coordinator

 

You will have the opportunity to work together with EALA senior management on a daily basis. After a training period you will also have the opportunity to work from home on a regular basis with some travels to Antwerp and Brussels region.

As Finance & Reporting Officer you will have and demonstrate following skills:

• You have a Master or Bachelor degree
• You have 2-3 years of experience in a Finance & Accounting position
• Excellent communicator in Dutch and English, French is an asset
• Expert skills in Excel/Visual Basics
• Accurate, well structured, analytical and logical mindset
• Problem solving skills
• Well organized and reliable
• Can-do attitude and pro-active
• Team player
• Result- and solution-oriented
• Multi-tasking and eager to learn
• Effective communication skills, both spoken and written, diplomatic in contact to customers, colleagues and suppliers, customer oriented
• Good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
