- Develop new and advanced application to ensure polycarbonate business’s sustainability growth in long term.

- To scout and work on customer advanced application and development projects, technology and application feasibility study for account customers in Asia Pacific.

- Investigation and evaluation of technological trends and upcoming new technologies and develop solutions for our customers by leading projects and realization of new business through innovative processing/application development by transfer of market requirement to innovation and technology community.

- Closely monitor and evaluate competitor moves in technological areas, business development areas, and develop technical unique selling propositions.

- Lead the detailed design and engineering project activities for major industry areas (such as transportation, auto interiors,

electrical/electronics, renewable energy, etc.), in support of Marketing & Sales.

- Represent BMS as “engineering expert” with technical experts from our customers, to provide suitable solutions to customer application design issues; recognizing/implementing patentable innovations for BMS.

- Act as focal point for complex engineering and other technical issues related to key industry segments involving major customers.

- Act as technical spokesperson for PCS/BMS in specific technical topics, requiring high level understanding of “state-of-the-art”

technology, in order to positively position BMS products/services in the marketplace.
