• Business / Functional:  Accountable for all delivery architecture services of appropriate discipline (Bus., Apps & Data, Tech, PE) within the region;
• Providing "Disruptive" Solutioning for NextGen Application Services and Managing Global Application Service Delivery
• Responsible for ensuring appropriate governance is applied to ensure quality; Accountable for  architecture delivery in compliance with CSC methodologies and Global Solution Architecture established standards, best practices and tools within budget; Accountable for collaboration and innovation across Architecture community within region and globally; Supports development and implementation of  best practices, standards, tools across  Architecture within region.  Supports pre-sales within budget constraints and region priorities. Provides  appropriate reporting.
• Technology: Sets technology vision within discipline.  Serves as a technology leader. Strong knowledge of  region account projects and services, CSC offerings and capabilities. Deep understanding of technology within discipline; stays abreast of technology changes/advancements,.  Provides technical thought leadership in leveraging appropriate technologies to effectively support and develop the technical solution portfolio.  Contributes to the regional technology roadmap and CSC’s thinking to ensure the portfolio remains technically ahead of the market
• People:  Leads and manages the staff within appropriate discipline (Bus., Apps & Data, Tech, PE). Responsible for  staffing and resource  management including GRM of Architects within region. Responsible for Architecture mentoring, training  and coaching . Ensures alignment, assessment and career management of Architects using CSC’s A10 Framework within region
• Financial: Accountable for utilisation, OI and  revenue generated by the staff.  Supports budgeting functions of the architecture staff.
