This leading provider of school education is seeking to appoint an experienced ECM Senior Business/Process Analyst in a fixed-term, one year contract with a possibility for extension.

The Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Program of work is a new and organisational-wide initiative with the intention of embedding Enterprise Content Management capability throughout all work practices and services by 2017. Working within the Enterprise Services Group, you will undertake quality business analysis and process improvement to enable the delivery of key projects within the program, and to embed this capability within the organisation.

To be successful in the position, you will engage extensively with stakeholders across all levels to gather and analyse end user requirements, and document business requirements to enable systems and workflow configuration. You will deliver process analysis and improvement for document-based and records management business processes, including correspondence management, internal memoranda and case management.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have extensive experience in elucidating and documenting business and technical requirements. Exposure to a formal process improvement methodology is also required (certification is preferred), while experience in implementing Enterprise Content Management or equivalent solutions is highly desirable.
