Conveniently located in the south eastern suburbs this successful reputable automotive business is currently in the market for an experienced Commercial Manager to manage the financial operation between their dealerships.



Managing 4 dealerships this role will give you the opportunity to grow your leadership and mentoring skills in a busy and growing business. A key focus of the position will be to partner with the General Manager and department managers at the dealerships by reviewing and interpreting results and developing action plans to address areas that need improvement and to build on already successful areas of the business.



Your day to day duties will include overseeing the financial performance of the dealerships, developing performance benchmarks; oversee the preparation of Balance Sheet and P&L reports and management reports for each dealerships, budgeting and forecasting and Head Office reporting.



Coming from a dealership finance role you will have proven experience of both technical and commercial accounting. The ability to influence, demonstrate strong commercial acumen and outstanding communication skills is a key requirement for this position.
