To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Civil Engineer, with proven experience in urban development and subdivisions, preferably with contracts administration exposure.

To excel in this role you will be able to work in a close knit, open planned working environment, although posses the ability to work autonomously on a projects should the need arise. Civil Engineers, who are looking to take a step up to a Senior Civil Engineer role, are encouraged to apply.
