This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very high performing and rapidly expanding education provide in a position where you will use qualifications and experience you have gained to assist students with their learning.
Day to Day you will be corresponding with a portfolio of students via phone, email and web chat providing them with support around their online course. You will be in contact with them from the start till the end of their course, allowing you to build a rapport and develop a working relationship with your students. You will be assisting students who are signed onto a Management or Business and management course, making their course come to life, and providing examples and relating the course material to real life scenarios.
To be successful in this role you will have qualifications or industry experience in Business and/or Management. You will be adept in communicating your experiences and discussing course content in an easy to understand manner and understanding where students may be struggling. Previous experience within a customer service or contact centre environment would be highly advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills will be essential.
This is a full time position, however you would need to be flexible with your working hours in order to contact all of your students.
In return you will receive a highly competitive salary of $55 - $60 000 plus super and excellent training and unlimited career opportunities in a growing online company.
