We are looking for a highly customer centric and people orientated person who loves face to face contact with others. An exciting new opportunity has risen for a local resident based in Kalgoorlie to take on the exciting local territory as a Field Sales Executive where you will be required to deliver targeted outcomes through the execution of effective sales strategies and processes with our On Premise and Retail customers.
In this role you will work with customers on all levels from strategic business and account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional execution as well as working effectively as part of our overall Sales Team.
Key responsibilities in this role will be to follow a client call cycle where you are out on the road meeting with your existing client to find out exactly what is happening in their business and to assess what products you can cross sell and up sell to them in the liquor area. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service whilst building long term client relationships. You will also be responsible for ensuring that sales targets and volume sales targets are achieved but please rest assured that you will be given training and development to help you succeed. It is more important that you are highly customer service orientated and demonstrate the right personal qualities that our client is looking for as they will provide full product training. Other key outcomes include customer relationship management, identification and execution of On Premise opportunities and merchandising and benchmarked customer satisfaction levels.
The Successful Candidate:
To be successful in this role you will be very self motivated, self-driven and possess a blend of the following skills, qualifications and competencies:
* Sound business acumen and strong planning and negotiation skills
* Proven experience in building long term sustainable client relationships
* Be highly customer centric
* A passion for learning and strong personal desire to develop
* Valid Australian Drivers Licence
* Sales experience in an FMCG environment will be highly regarded (but not essential)
* Relevant Tertiary qualifications (preferred but not essential)
* Must come from the local Kalgoorlie area
