The client is a well established multidisciplinary with a stellar reputation throughout the industry, they place a lot of emphasis on maintaining positive working relationships with all their clients. As a result the atmosphere within the office is very supportive and the development of internal talent is of paramount importance.

The successful candidate will have a recognised tertiary qualification in the relevant field, a minimum of 8 years experience working on projects in New Zealand with a thorough understanding of construction processes, details and local building codes. Ideally you will have a high proficiency in regards to ArchiCAD while also possessing the creativity and excellent communication skills to inspire and lead a small team. You will have a strong focus on client services and comfortable in the role of a representative
