GL Accountant

This global advertising icon is seeking a strong GL Accountant to join the HQ in Singapore. Located centrally, the organisation has a proven and stable track record in its industry and is an employer of choice as it provides continuous development opportunities for its staff.



Reporting to the Finance manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure all monthly financial statements and reports are accurately completed on time. This will involve consistent partnering with internal business units and management and as such the ability to confidently interact with stakeholders is critical to this role.



You will need to ensure compliance with all group policies and statutory financial controls including external/internal audit requirements whilst having input into the preparation of the group reporting packages. You will not only be limited to the GL however as you will involved with Fixed Assets, GST and other tax areas as well as the audit process.



You will need to liaise with the GL team in China on a daily basis therefore the ability to speak Chinese for this role is essential and a minimum of a degree in accountancy expected. This is an urgent need and immediately available candidates will be highly regarded.
