Work for a national media company based in the CBD. With modern offices, a dynamic work environment and an energetic team, this is a great opportunity for a hands on Generalist to support and work alongside a wider team. This is a temporary opportunity with vision of extension and permanency for the right person.

You will be responsible for delivering the HR strategy in your client group. Operationally you will also be responsible for performance management, coaching and guiding managers of best HR practice, manage ER/IR cases and grievance management.

It is essential you have broad Generalist experience having managed a heavy case load of ER issues and have strong experience supporting and guiding managers. You must be resilient but a great team player being able to build strong and influential relationships. You must be consultative in this role and have a strong understanding of local policy. This role is to start ASAP so please apply if you are immediately available.
