【About the Position】
The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for the below:
- Management of the inside sales team (lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, follow-up)
- Develop new sales channels and lead cross-functional projects
- People management (setting KPIs, performance improvement, strengthen individual sales skills)
- Business management (management of CRM tool, manage contracts and performance of outsource vendors)
