Senior Operations Manager (Sales & Service)
Selangor, Malaysia, MY - Consumer Services, Logistics and Supply Chain, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Reporting directly to the Operations Director and to be based in Shah Alam, the main responsibilities for this incumbent would include overseeing and ensuring smooth daily operations of 3 main departments (80+ staff) which are the Inside Sales (quotations, getting in touch with passive accounts etc.), After-Sales Service (order fulfilment, addressing queries, process and attending to requests and complaints etc.) and Warehouse (inventory control, distributions etc.). They are also expected to develop standard operating practices, policies and procedures to ensure that daily activities are in compliance with the established SOPs in the main office as well as the other 8 branches they have all over Malaysia and Brunei. They are also expected to work closely with the Sales and team in all branches to ensure high customer service satisfaction and identify areas of improvements, which will have to be improved in both services and workflows by the incumbent.

The ideal candidate should possess Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with more than 10 years working experience, ideally from mechanical products sales & service operations management background. People management experience is a must due to the large number of subordinates to manage. Multi-geographical people and warehouse management experience will be added advantages. They should also be willing to travel to the other branches in Malaysia and Brunei.
