Our client is a Top third degree-offering Higher education institute in China, established with the aim to attract outstanding students from around the world. Their programs include Masters, MBA, EMBA, PhD, Executive Education with both foreign and local faculty and administrative members. Currently they are hiring a Director for one of their programs, based in Shanghai.

As Program department Head, you will be in charge of the department's daily operations and management from Student admissions to marketing promotions, annual recruitment plan to financial budgeting, academic administration to student alumni affairs.

To be considered for this role, you will be required to hold a Master degree with a minimum of 10 years total work experience and 5 years in the Education sector for Higher education institutes or Education training schools. Native mandarin and fluency in English for cross departmental communication and good team work and business spirit is essential to excel in the role.
