Growth aged care organisation is looking for a strong finance manager to join their business.



This is a new role as they are looking to acquire more sites and need to take their finance function to the next level.



Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the companies operations which includes general ledger maintenance, ensuring month end reporting compliance, systems maintenance, budgets and forecasting, cashflow, maintaining internal controls and co-ordination of all audit activities. You will manage an Assistant Accountant who will do all of the processing work.



Success will also be measured through your ability to be a trusted advisor to the GM and operational staff at the sites. You will play an integral part in financial plans and systems/process improvements.



This role will suit CPA or CA qualified candidate who is able to demonstrate experience in a similar role working within an aged care business at the senior accountant/finance manager of controller level. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are a must.
