An engaging opportunity has arisen within the Compliance Management Team for a CAPA & Risk Associate Manager, designed to drive continuous enhancement throughout Pharma R&D.

Key responsibilities of this role include: 

• To drive improvement by supporting a harmonized/standardized CAPA (corrective and preventive actions) process for Pharma R&D. 

• To strive for business quality and efficiency by increasing compliance with GxP established quality and ethical standards

• To focus on establishing indicators, analyzing data and developing corresponding dashboards related to global clinical studies and global (cross functional) processes for Pharma R&D

• To promote regulatory compliance on an ongoing basis.
