My client are an established, nationwide groundworks & civil engineering contractor, and are a growing business built on delivering a robust and high quality service to their clients.

They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the team due to a dramatic uplift in awarded tenders and a healthy pipeline in place. They are experiencing an anticipated but rapid amount of growth and are looking to supplement this by adding to them team.

They are seeking someone who can hit the ground running, are suitably qualified and can demonstrate a previous track record working within the industry.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- Strong background within Quantity Surveying; Previous civil engineering experience essential.
- A relevant qualification route, ideally degree qualified or HNC / HND.
- A successful record of managing multiple jobs, covering various sectors of the industry.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload, maintaining awareness of demands on different projects.
- Ability to undertake all other ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Ability to negotiate with costings and budgets

The suitable candidate will have a full, clean driving licence and own transport to enable them to get the offices and at various times to site.
