This government organisation is the lead public transport provider for NSW. Their key focus is to improve the customer experience of transport services, to include rail, while bringing together planning, coordination and feasibility studies.

Due to an exciting new project, this company seeks to employ a Technical Manager - Signalling for a 6 month contract based in Sydney.

Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, you will be required to provide management for technical design services ensuring the successful delivery of the project. You will ensure the design is developed and maintained whilst interfacing regularly with other divisions of the business. A highly organised individual, you are able to prioritise your workload effectively and would be comfortable managing several projects concurrently if needed. Able to motivate your team to the highest level, your resume may reflect successfully managed rail signalling projects.

To be successful in the role, you will be tertiary qualified in an Engineering discipline and can demonstrate proven experience in the development of signalling design solutions. You are a strong strategic thinker and come with past signalling design management experience, preferably from NSW. If you can demonstrate an in depth understanding of ETCS/Signalling experience, this will be highly advantageous. Your interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, will be key to your success.
