Our client, an international company leader in new technology, is looking for Senior Corporate Counsel EMEA (m/f) - 269509/7

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including complex product purchase agreements, software licensing agreements, distributor and reseller agreements, and support and service agreements;
• Supporting internal clients in our Sales, Services, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and R&D groups, as well as senior management;
• Educating internal clients on legal concepts and risks, and advising on recommended courses of action;
• Ensuring terms and conditions and business arrangements comply with Company policies and risk parameters, as well as applicable laws and regulations in various jurisdictions;
• Providing advice on relevant EU regulations, such as privacy/data protection directives;
• Providing compliance, legal and Company policy training to employees;
• Supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes;
• Supporting subsidiary activities as needed; and Managing special projects as requested.
