A significant element ensuring satisfaction of all Key Stakeholders including the airlines and travelling public are the Baggage Services; facilitating convenient and safe transference of valuables. Your role as Assets & Contracts Manager Baggage Services, reporting to the Senior Manager Aviation & Safety Ground Services is to ensure the highest possible level of performance via a unique mix of direct and service provider delivery.

As Assets & Contracts Manager Baggage Services you will lead cultural change through strategic goal setting, people leadership and robust asset management, ensuring business adherence to compliance to achieve best practice delivery. You will take ownership of the baggage services, be the face and leader of the division. You will enjoy driving efficiencies and increases in service delivery, reliability, security and risk management. This is a hugely diverse management role which will challenge and develop your leadership capabilities.

Responsible for 30 airport staff plus two service provider contracts, you will create comprehensive asset management strategies and own the relationships with all significant internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, renewal of assets via a $130M CAPEX programme including technological advancements will be a focus.
