Our client is looking for their next Recruitment Assistant for their in-house recruitment team. Providing New Zealand with support and a safer community is apart of the purpose that our client contributes everyday.

Working in a close team you will be providing a range of clerical and support functions, as well as a responsive and friendly reception service to the public and applicants.

Previous recruitment experience including 2 years within a consultant role, strong candidate management exposure and an understanding of standard operating procedures. You will be exercising your judgement to seek out the right candidates with analysis to ensure you are evaluating the risks to certain time constraints. You will be building effective relationships, working co-operatively with others to build lasting partnerships and working together to achieve the desired outcomes of the business. You will take personal responsibility for personal and team goals with clear and concise objectives. You will plan and prioritise, promote accountability and effectively commit to the process.

Service delivery, communication, customer service and team work make up this role. As apart of your daily mission you will also be drafting newsletters, organise and book assessment centres, market events, determine if initial applicants will be accepted within the guidelines given, have strong computer and typing skills, provide information for applicants and manage there expectations. You will use your effective written and oral communications to liaise with internal and external customers, remain professional at all times and contribute to the overall outcomes required for your team.
