Description :
  • Maintains relationships with hiring managers; develops relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Drives and supervises the achievement of the hiring targets, including time to fill, cost per hire, graduate, diversity and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction, etc.
  • Manages the beginning to end staffing process; implements sourcing strategies, screens and interviews candidates, short-lists candidates, negotiates and creates offer letters, and facilitates relocation.
  • Counsels with managers on the hiring process and ensures that managers are in compliance with corporate and government policy.
  • Establishes relationships with vendors and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to meet the needs of the staffing plan.
  • Uses significant business knowledge and subject matter expertise to contribute to the execution of the staffing strategy, including external talent mapping, talent attraction, hiring, and relocation.
  • Contributes to country-wide initiatives that impact one business or function.
  • Participates in major projects that have a country- or region wide impact.

Qualifications
  • Preferably a Bachelor's (graduate) degree.
  • Min 5-7 years HR experience in a staffing/recruitment environment
  • Experienced user of professional/social digital platforms to identify and engage with talent
  • Experienced in designing and executing talent sourcing campaigns
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior professionals to articulate the HP proposition and evaluate career intentions/aspirations
  • Leadership skills and proactive approach
  • Ability to work with and understand a complex ecosystem of organizations and functions — leveraging the strength of a cross-functional, matrix organization
  • Highly initiated with strong capability of prioritizing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Interpersonal sensitivity and responsiveness to customers
  • Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
