Our client is an established and growing organisation requiring an experienced Administrator / Receptionist to assist the team immediately
This is a duel role that will see you sit on the mainline reception but be close to the other administrators working as a team. Your ability to think fast on your feet , have a proactive approach to your workload and being able to multitask will see you successful in this position.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager you will be responsible for answering and redirecting incoming calls, filing, archiving, data entry , general administration tasks, maintaining client database ,assisting the events team, meeting and greeting clients and special projects. This is not your typical receptionist role and will offer you variety.
You display initiative and the little jobs are just as important as the big ones to you. You will have impeccable communication skills and have the ability to relate to people on all levels. Excellent time management, attention for detail and organisational skills are essential in this role. Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and 45+ wpm are required and will be tested.
To be successful for this role you will have proven, demonstrable experience within a similar environment .You take pride in your appearance and enjoy dressing up corporately at all times. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality with a desire to work as part of a fast-paced and progressive team.
