• Provide sales support thru client engagement, opportunity development, solution architecture, contract negotiation, trusted advisor role to client, and direct consulting.
• Assist in the evolution of service offering and methods in keeping with market and industry demand.
• Manage service delivery teams through all project phases.
• Manage a mixed team of on-site, client, and off-shore resources.
• Perform internal quality reviews, and present deliverables for client reviews (in the Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Consulting space).
• Provide technical and business knowledge to assist client and teams in effective delivery.
• Analyze the root cause of issues and identifies options for consideration.
• Apply available standards, methods and tools in an intelligent and effective way, and produce a consistently high standard of service.
• Contribute to the contract management, project management, risk mitigation, controls, and reporting.
• Work with colleagues and clients/users in a team environment.
• Arrange, prepare, and conduct meetings, workshops and presentations for a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating consistently high qualities of communication and persuasion skills.
