- Ensure that all communication between Business and Technical Teams in the project is unambiguous and timely.
- Manage the development, distribution and baseline approval of all documentation related to business requirements and their interpretation.
- Ensure that the business implications of all day-to-day decisions are properly thought through
- Communicate with and obtain agreement on requirements and priorities with other business users.
- Represent impacted parties within the project team with sufficient delegated authority to make decisions on behalf of the business.
- Provide the detail of business scenarios to be catered for by the solution and develop process flows as appropriate
- Assist with the development of Production Business Acceptance Test plans.
- Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. Participate in translating the requirements into Functional Specifications
- Contribute to the identification and analysis of risk in the Risk Log
- Be involved across a number of workstreams of delivery across Internet Channel Development, Self-Service Banking, Digital Relationship Management Development (Including Contact Centres) and iBusiness Banking. They are seeking BAs with experience in developing user stories, CMS, HTML, Adobe, UX, Mobile, Tablets, etc. Liaise with different stakeholders as well as work with Product SME's.
This is a contract role for 12 months based in Naas.
