Hardware Association Ireland is seeking to appoint a dynamic CEO to lead

the organisation into the next stage of its development.



As the national trade association representing hardware, building materials

and DIY merchants and suppliers, Hardware Association Ireland (HAI) requires

an inspiring and visionary Chief Executive to lead the organisation forward.



You will be expected to drive both the development and effective

implementation of forward-thinking policies and strategies, working with

and accountable to the HAI's Executive Committee. You are highly articulate

with strong negotiation and influencing skills. You are confident and capable

of utilising these skills to boost membership through effective and energetic

management of the Association, as well as representing HAI members to the

media, relevant government agencies, industry bodies and other stakeholders.



Whilst prior experience is not essential, you must be happy to embrace

regular PR and media work. Ultimately, you will be a unifying and effective

voice for the Irish hardware industry.



You must have senior management experience and a demonstrable track

record of achievement. Crucially, you are a proactive and self-starting

individual, comfortable operating within a lean structure and looking for

a challenging and interesting role.
