My client has an extremely urgent opportunity to join a leading Insurance firm based in their Chelmsford office for a Service Desk Engineer with experience of Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Citrix. All candidates MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.



You must have an excellent telephone manner, have previously worked in a Service Desk / Help Desk / First Line (1st Line) Support environment and be able to commute to and from Chelmsford. Previous experience with Citrix is essential, plus Outlook, Office, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.



Due to the nature of the role and urgency of the hire, all candidates must be fully available to interview, complete compliance and pass a credit check immediately.



You must be eligible to live and work in the UK and be willing to work on a temporary basis for a maximum of 12 weeks.
