Our client is a highly reputable global asset management firm with market leadership across multiple geographies. The firm globally manages clients assets exceeding US$250 Billion. Due to continued growth they are seeking a Business Analyst to join their business solutions department.





In this Business Analyst role you will be integral to support the increased demand for new initiatives that require a technology solution. As a Business Analyst you cover a broad number of functions including conducting gap analysis and feasibility studies before a project is initiated & to also support project managers with defining scope, requirements, and operating model for technology lead projects. You will be vital in eliciting requirements and completing an impact assessment against business functions, processes and systems used across the region.





You will be a degree holder with at 2 to 3 years in a similar Business Analyst role. Ideally you will have experience with UML (Unified Modelling Language) and/or Business Process Modelling. You must have strong soft skills enabling you to understand why the business teams are asking for requirements and to work with the business to prioritise the requirements and assess the impacts on existing processes and functions. You must be highly analytical with the ability to use innovating to overcome difficult data requests or problems in processes. You should be highly adaptable to work on numerous tasks and capable of working well under pressure with technology and business counterparts. You must be Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
