This leading Victorian university is seeking an experienced Manager to join their central Property Services team on an ongoing basis.



This Education Management role is responsible for ongoing maintenance and process improvement of the universities centralised timetabling function.



As an experienced staff manager you will be responsible for the management and continued development of a team of four direct reports and will provide advice and guidance to a wider team of 12.



A background in university operations from either a central function or faculty level is required for this role. You will possess high-level stakeholder skills as this role will require you to liaise with academics, university wide support staff and managers, external suppliers and the wider property services group.



You will understand the importance of resource efficiency whether this is in relation to space management or other areas of operation, and will strive to improve the universities utilisation. Exposure to Syllabus Plus is highly desirable although no essential.



There is also an option to assist the department on a short-term basis with immediate start.
