Due to the business demand, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Country HR Director to lead a team of 8~10 HR & Admin professionals, reporting directly to the General Manager.



As a strategic business partner, you will take full responsibilities for the implementation of corporate HR programs, processes or procedures, providing consultation and advice to local management in all HR matters. You should also make sure that budget goals are well met and company key talents are well developed and retained.



To be successful in this role, you need to have at least 12~15 years working experience in Human Resources Management, with solid knowledge in HR methodology, local labour law and employment practices. You also need to gain sound experience in C&B schemes and HR development. Expertise in HR management esp. in healthcare related industry will help you to excel this role. You should also be a strong communicator with effective listening, presentation and influencing skills. Most importantly, your ability to quickly understand the business strategy and your strong conflict management and leadership skills will guarantee the quality of team performance.
