This government department are at the forefront of development and are continually looking to improve their internal practices.



Due to a new project, an experienced Learning and Development Specialist is required for this exciting contract which extends through to end of June 2014.



Based in North Brisbane, you will be responsible for the development of Learning and Development (L&D) material, including all the elements around the design, development and delivery of those packages. From the outset of the project you will undertake a Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and tailor an Instructional Design strategy, providing the detail and rationale for the chosen methodology. You will also develop an Implementation Strategy, incorporating a range of delivery methods such as classroom based and eLearning tools. You will develop all the courseware, including Student, Facilitator and Assessor guides, as well as the assessment instruments and benchmarking tools.



To be considered for this role you must have recent experience in a similar role as well as a Cert IV in Training, Assessment and Education. You will be a first class communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills and project management skills. Experience using Articulate Storyline is also strongly desired.
