You should possess a good of technical knowledge in the areas of Cisco CUCM v8, Cisco UCCX, Cisco CUC, Cisco CUP with Cisco Jabber client, Cisco SIP IP Phones, and Cisco SIP voice gateways. Experience supporting Cisco UCS C series servers, Cisco Telepresence/Tandberg and Cisco WebEx Meeting Server (CWMS) is desirable.
