An existing client of Hays is currently seeking an experienced candidate who has worked on hospital projects on the design management aspects as a Project or Design Manager.
This organisation is an established mid-tier contractor who has been successful within the health space for many years. They have a very strong bid team who are looking to add a contractor who can assist them with the design management of a current tender. This role will be based in the clients Sydney head-office, however the successful individual will be required to travel to Melbourne initially (at the clients cost) to understand the brief.
The suitable candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate a wealth of construction/design management experience, will have worked on a hospital project and be available to start at short notice. Given the nature of the work and project future employment could be a possibility.
