This award winning builder specialises in creating both personalised volume residential projects as well as luxury individualised solutions. South Australian owned and operated their excellent market presence and strong repeat client base has ensured a strong pipeline of projects in the residential market. With the increased work load of recent successful tenders they now require an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team.
You must have a strong background estimating in the local residential market in either the volume or signature homes markets. You will work closely with a team to ensure a high end product is delivered to your clients. Experience in mentoring or training junior staff would be ideal, but not essential for the role. Further proficiency using estimating software and systems will allow you to hit the ground running. You must have a valid Australian working visa to apply.
This role will give you the opportunity to perform a variety of custom projects within the residential market. With an excellent remuneration package and opportunity to further build your knowledge base and take on further responsibility this position is ideal for a candidate looking to take the next step and develop their career in the Adelaide market.
