To facilitate this, an exciting job has become available in Wellington, for an Industrial Relations professional with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.




Working as part of the small Industrial Relations team responsible for undertaking collective bargaining, this job will provide support and guidance in the development of bargaining initiatives and strategy. To ensure stakeholder expectations are managed, particularly as the organisation is undergoing significant change, the ability to articulate to a varied audience is essential. You will demonstrate an intuitive ability to communicate priorities, risks and benefits and facilitate fair and efficient bargaining underpinned by advice that is consistent with employment law.




If you have good project management ability within a political environment and exposure to the development, implementation and impacts of industrial and workforce strategies and policies, this job offers high level negotiation, relationship management and exceptional exposure to a geographically dispersed, changing workforce.
