This international corporate services organisation located in the lower North Shore is in need of a Tax and Financial Accountant to join its dynamic and high performing finance team due to an internal promotion.



Reporting directly to the Financial Controller your responsibilities would include the following for Australia and several overseas subsidiaries:

• Income tax calculation and reconciliation


• GST calculation and BAS/VAT submission


• Fringe Benefits Tax calculation


• Financial statement preparation


• Consolidation entries


• Overall responsibility for Finance internal control environment

The role is predominantly focused on taking accountability for all taxation matters, but also offers an opportunity to manage and take ownership for the internal control environment for the organisation. Candidates MUST have a strong background in tax and the position will suit an individual who can work independently in a high performing culture who has the desire and potential to grow within the role as the company grows.
