Our client is a leading and well-known consulting company in China. They help the world’s best banking, insurance and capital market companies meet unparalleled strategic, operational, technology and sourcing demands.



For this role, you will partner with leading property & casualty, life, health insurance. You will responsible for leading teams to identify, shape and deliver high value transformation programs to respond to client’s strategic business challenges, identifying business development opportunities, leading research and analysis activities to identify and prioritise client creation opportunities, shaping and leading the business solution implementation, developing and executing the implementation programs in timely manners.



You shall be a qualified insurance professional with bachelor above degree and more than 10 years Customer Services, Distribution, Product Development, Client Servicing, Underwriting or Claims area within Property and Casualty or Life insurance industry. Prior consulting experience gained from Big 4 or other consulting firm with focus on insurance industries and Hands on experience in manage and/or design large-scale business implementations or business transformations.Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese are highly required.
