Helpdesk Analyst

Help Desk / Service desk / first line support. I am currently recruiting for a major client based in the heart of Ipswich. With great transport links to the A12, and within walking distance from Ipswich train station it is an ideal location from all local towns.



You will be joining a steadily growing team of IT professionals with the view to assist the Helpdesk team with call logging and 1st line support issues. It is initially a 3 month contract, with a strong chance of going to permanent for the right candidate.



My client runs a pure Microsoft environment, with the latest SQL servers, Exchange and Active Directory. This is a forward thinking company, heavily investing into the IT department.
