Hays Senior Finance is currently recruiting on behalf of a market leading employer in Swindon. Due to growth the position of Accountant has been created to assist with the day to day activities of the Financial Control department



Key accountabilities include;

Maintenance of the finance ledgers and accounting processes, ensure month end accounting including variance analysis, revenue and reporting is accurate and timely, pro-actively identify process improvements, ensure the appropriate systems and controls are in place



Candidates will be 2-5 years post qualified with some experience working in practice within an audit capacity. Financial control experience.
