A rare opportunity for an accomplished Senior Project Manager to join a Landlord based in Mayfair, which invests and develops prime and super prime residential property in central London.



Established over 20 years' ago this Landlord has grown substantially; now managing a portfolio of over 1200 residential properties with a portfolio worth around £1bn. Since securing significant long term investment from leading real estate fund managers, it is looking to acquire new property to add value via refurbishment, conversion & new build development. The company specialise in prime / super prime residential property offering expertise in these territories. There are around 50 people working for the company but there are expansion plans in place to reduce appointed external consultants and bring everything in house.



The ideal candidate will be MRICS / APM qualified with strong experience managing London based Residential projects (preferably high end) for a Landlord / Developer but they will consider suitable candidates from a Consultancy / Main Contractor. Track record of managing conversion, cut & carve and new build projects from inception to completion with values ranging up to £20m. Commercial awareness is crucial and applicants must be able to offer a solutions orientated approach as you will be working relatively autonomously possibly with more responsibility.
