Hays Senior Finance is currently working with a blue chip business that is keen to appoint a Change Lead to work within their Finance Shared Service Centre. The team is focused on developing Finance Shared Services for both the UK and other markets as well as focusing on delivering high quality, efficient and well controlled processes to the whole of the global finance team. You'll be responsible for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to design and implement new finance processes and solutions that are robust, efficient, cost effective and sustainable. The successful applicant will ideally be a qualified or part qualified accountant and whilst a project management qualification would be desirable, it's not essential. You will be have a proven track record of delivering change in a dynamic environment and you'll be able to demonstrate the ability to identify and implement process efficiencies and improvements.
