This technology is the foundation for the HP Cloud common architecture for hybrid cloud delivery.



This position is for an intern in the HP Cloud business unit. Specifically, this intern will work in the Global Sales Enablement organization for HP Cloud. Specific duties for this position include but are not limited to:



-The creation and maintenance of cloud sales training materials

-Coordination, communication, and setup for training sessions globally

-Assisting the sales enablement staff with adhering to budget when executing sales training

-Purchasing and design of sales training materials, giveaways, and promotional items

-Working with communications teams to inform target audiences of impending training and updates

-Managing RSVP lists

-At the conclusion of trainings, the intern will assist with reporting out on successes and analysis of the results attained

QUALIFICATIONS:



Education and Experience Required:



Required Skills:

-This position is best filled by a student who is currently enrolled as a sophomore or a junior in his or her undergraduate program, but graduate students will be evaluated on an as-needed basis

-This position requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel

-This position requires the intern to have the ability to manage multiple similar projects and programs that are in various stages of execution with minimal supervision and oversight

-This position requires communication by phone, chat, and email with HP employees globally, many of whom do not have English as their primary language. Clear and concise written and verbal communication is a must.

-Successful candidates have a skillset that allows them to quickly understand programs and policies, adapt them as necessary, and execute them flawlessly

Enhancing Skills:

-Previous experience with Salesforce.com and Eloqua

-Foreign language knowledge, specifically Portuguese or Spanish

-International study or work experience
