A National firm located in Osborne Park is seeking a Booking Administrator to join their office team for a long term temporary assignment.
Your duties in this role will include providing back office administrative support relating to the booking of appointments for corporate clinics, answering telephone inquiries from key customers, creating and maintaining records.
To be successful in this role you will have obtained previous administration experience, good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs. Attention to detail is essential in this busy environment and you will have excellent people and communication skills.
