Operations professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Outsourcing professionals may be based at a client’s office or in one of Accenture’s 50 delivery centers around the world.
Software Engineering professionals work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components or applications for Accenture or our clients.
Job Description
The Technical Lead is responsible for the analysis and design of CC&B CRM application components within an Agile delivery team and framework. The System Specialist is involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of billing modules including those that interface with other applications. The resource is expected to participate in solution workshops with client to help define user stories to cover business requirements and to work with Client Architects to define the high level solution blueprint. The resource will also work with the offshore delivery team to perform build and test reviews to ensure deliverables meet appropriate quality requirements.
Mandatory Skills:
• 8 Years experience woring in a Siebel DEvelopment environment
• Experience working with Siebel Open UI with advanced knowledge
• Provide Open UI development support to technical team and provide directions on the best practices
• Experience working in Siebel 8.1 environments
• Analyse and design enhancements to modules
• Work with Application Architects/Business Process Architects/Specialists and other System Specialists to gather and interpret user/system requirements into user story specifications
• Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our methodologies
• Organize and prepare work effectively to facilitate proactive resolution of problems, rather than reactive
Preferred Skills
• Provide primary support toward installation of application releases into production as directed
• Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews/walkthroughs
• Provide application/technical leadership as required, in a timely manner
• Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status
• Provide input to assist in determining level of effort as required
• Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the application
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and Project Management concepts.
