Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel & Power Point, Excellent Data Handling Skills and Analytical Skills, Must have patience and the ability to coach, counsel and give feedback to new hires, Ability to handle client conference calls and understand customer requirements, Good Team player- ability to work with cross-function teams, Clarity in communication & fluency in speech, Eye for Detail with a very strong inclination towards Quality, Having prior Insurance Domain knowledge would be an added advantage
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor"s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor"s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science or related field preferred
- Two or more years of business process outsourcing, consulting or systems implementation experience
- Experience working with business outsourcing processes
- Experience working with information technology applications and infrastructure
Other Qualifications- Organizational and time management skills
- Basic communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to apply business and management consulting applications and services
- Willingness to travel
