• ITIL Certified or Trained

Job Description:
• Candidate will be responsible for assigning and redirecting tickets to respective support groups
• Involved in Workflow / Queue Co-ordination
• Follow up on tickets for closure with respective support groups
• Validating the closure
• Tracking SLA performance and requesting field technicians to expedite response / resolution process to maintain the required SLA.
• Understanding and performing complete Ticket Management Process
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor"s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor"s degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
- Zero or more years of support services or project or program experience
- Experience working with the technology industry
- Experience working with company products and operating systems
Other Qualifications- Basic project management skills
- Basic analytical and problem solving skills
- Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Organization and time management skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to travel
