Our client is a privately owned medical device company with its head quarter based in the US. The company is developing innovative products and procedures that have the potential to alter the landscape of bone health. With the plan of developing the China market, an opportunity now is existed for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join the China/ Hong Kong based management team.
Reporting to Director. As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager, your key focus is to ensure the timely entry of new products to the market and the ongoing success of existing products; represent the business with government officials, identifying changes in legislation; and have overall responsibility for ensuring that all compliance requirements are met. Work closely with marketing to help defining strategic advantage and ensuring the provision of promotional materials that are in accordance with the guidelines of government policies in the assigned region.
To be successful for this position, you will posses over 10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs in HK/China region. Candidates with bone disease exposure is highly preferred. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the new product registrations, excellent attention to detail and a strong record of achievement. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
