Reporting Accountant

A successful and growing business based Nr Lytham St Annes are looking to recruit two professionally qualified accountants to join their expanding finance team.

Highly acquisitive, with an ever increasing turnover they are looking to recruit two reporting accountants. The successful candidate will be ideally ACA or ACCA qualified, however they will look at ACMA with the relevant experience.

The role is a core part of the reporting team, you will be responsible for producing monthly and quarterly MI, annual statutory reports, financial statements and regulatory returns.

You will be expected to produce detailed analysis to support the business and drive through end to end processes.

Other duties will include: monthly management accounts in line with agreed deadlines, prepare P&L's, balance sheet reconciliations and regulatory returns.

In this role you will liaise with external auditors to ensure the provision of information is correct.

Although this role has no direct staff responsibility, you will be expected to assist and mentor junior members of staff.
