The company is one of the Big 4 advisory & accounting services firms with a solid global network.



The company is seeking a new Director who will oversee the Talent Management Team with 2 direct reports. The team focuses on attracting the best available talent in the market, develop and maximize them. He/she will supervise the processes of recruitment, training, performance management, internal and external transfers for the 400+ people company. This person is expected to proactively negotiate & plan various HR initiatives and policies including Global HR communications. He/she will also liaise with both Japanese and foreign business stakeholders, on planning and executing HR policies.



An ideal candidate would have a minimum 8 years of experience in overall Human Resources field. This person should be native in Japanese and speak business-level English. Expertise in HR planning, HR policy, Recruiting and L&D would be very advantageous. We are seeking someone who is a strong negotiator, communicator, and problem-solver, with a process-oriented mindset.
