This multi-faceted international property business has been growing impressively and has further plans to expand across Australia. In line with this an experienced HR Manager is required to report straight into a director and be instrumental in further establishing and setting up the HR function.
You will have a varied remit that will include the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. In addition you will be responsible for performance and remuneration reviews, workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding of employees, and providing advice and support across performance management and employee relations issues. As the business grows you will ensure that all compliance requirements are met and will also take responsibility for driving employee engagement, look after global mobility and oversee WHS.
The successful candidate for this position will have had experience working within the property industry previously and will have a strong generalist skill set. You will have the ability to work in an autonomous HR role and be able to improve, and implement new HR procedures in line with relevant legislation and the business needs. You will have gained experience working at a HR Management level and will hold tertiary qualifications in HR.
